My wife and I have busy schedules and are looking for a reliable sitter to support our three children (ages 7, 9, and 11). I travel 6–10 times per month, and my wife typically works until after 5:00 PM. On days when I am on the road, we need after-school care.

The typical schedule is 3:15 to 6:00, except Tuesdays, when the kids get out at 2:00. A few times each month, hours may extend later. Responsibilities include supervising the children, snacks and routines, **very light cleaning**, **homework supervision**, and occasional transportation to music lessons or sports practices.

Our oldest son has Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He is non-verbal but very communicative and sweet. He receives ABA-related supports, is on medication, and works with a doctor. On occasion, he may have emotional breakdowns and will require a calm, experienced hand. Experience supporting children with ASD is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is dependable, nurturing, and has a valid driver’s license.
