Family in Pembroke Pines (33024) seeks reliable special needs caregiver/aide for 2-6 hrs/week in-home support for our teenage son in recovery from physical disability.
Duties:
Assist with simple, therapist-guided exercises, stretching, positioning
Help with safe transfers and basic mobility practice
Follow written/video instructions from family and physical therapist
Requirements:
Experience with special needs teens (preferred: CNA, PTA student, or rehab aide training)
Comfortable with patient in recovery
Reliable transportation, non-smoker
Adult caregiver always present
