Occasional babysitter with behavioral training and experience

We are looking for an occasional babysitter for our 12 year old son who has autism. Our son is very social and friendly but can resort to physical aggression when he gets anxious. We need a babysitter who has a training and experience with these kind of kids. Please give details about your experience if you apply.
We live in Bethesda and 25 minute walk to the metro. Rate is flexible depending on the experience.
