Caregiver/Nanny needed

I have two boys ages 3 and 2. My oldest son has Autism and attends ABA therapy Mon-Thurs from 9-4pm. My youngest attends day care from 8-4:30pm. I need assistance with drop off and pick up as I have to be to work at 6:15 am. I am in search of a compassionate, trust worthy, and reliable individual, that could assist with being sure they get to and from school/daycare and sit with them for a few hours until I come home from work.
