Regular Sitter with special needs experience required for two kids (1 child is autistic)

Seeking reliable regular sitter Monday- Friday to start in January to take care of two kids aged 5 & 6.5. Older child is autistic with limited vocabulary, therefore experience with special needs kids is a must.
Schedule:
Mornings 6:30am - 8:30am. Getting kids ready for school, lunch prep, bus pick up from home (older child) and walk short distance to school (younger child).
Afternoons 11:15pm to 6:15pm. Pick up younger child from school at 11:15; pick older child from bus at 3:15.
General responsibilities include meal/snack prep, baths and activities, light housekeeping/laundry for kids. Older autistic child has scheduled therapy sessions after school at home daily.
Prefer someone with driving experience but not mandatory.
Two references required.
