Babysitter for 10-Year-Old with Autism and ADHD (In-Home Support)

I am seeking a patient, reliable, and experienced babysitter to care for my 10-year-old child at home. My child is bright, energetic, and kind, and benefits from structure, clear expectations, and a calm, engaging caregiver. Experience working with children with autism and ADHD is strongly preferred.
About the Role:
• Provide attentive in-home care and supervision
• Support routines and transitions
• Offer guidance for emotional regulation and positive behavior strategies
• Engage in structured activities, play, and quiet time
• Prepare simple snacks or meals, if needed
• Light homework support (as applicable)
• No transportation required unless discussed in advance
Requirements:
• Experience working with children with autism and/or ADHD
• Strong communication and patience
• Ability to follow routines and use simple behavior-support strategies
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable creating a safe, structured environment
