I am looking for a patient, reliable nanny experienced with special needs to care for my 8-year-old autistic son (Level 3) after school and into the early evening. He is non-verbal, very loving, and has important sensory needs. Responsibilities include school pickup, helping with feeding, changing pull-ups if needed, supervising him safely, and engaging him in simple, sensory-friendly play. He enjoys screens but can become overstimulated, so gentle limits are important. He loves music, and singing children’s songs with him helps him stay calm and happy. Occasional aggression may happen when he is overwhelmed, so calm, consistent redirection is needed. A Spanish-speaking or bilingual nanny is strongly preferred.
