We are looking for an experienced part time nanny for 2 children in Charlottesville, with the potential to move to full time work if the fit is right! We need a candidate with experience in autism, as our 6-year-old son had level 3 autism, and the main purpose of this job is to assist with our son after school (2 pm) until we wind down for bed (6:00 pm). We would of course want our nanny to also engage with our 4-year-old daughter! But definitely someone who had a heart for significant special needs and a willingness to support autistic children. We need special help with diaper changes, bath time, and dinner preparation/support, as these are the most challenging parts of care.
