Hello .We’re looking for a part-time sitter for our 3-year-old son, Charles.
Charles is a sweet, active little guy on the autism spectrum. He needs someone patient who enjoys actually playing with him and keeping him busy, not just watching him. We’re looking for someone comfortable doing indoor and outdoor activities every day (parks, play places, sensory play, etc.). We’ll pay for any activities or supplies. that’s important to us. Schedule: Start time is 8:00 AM, since I need to be at work by 9. Hours will follow mom’s work schedule, which is part-time between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. We’ll always communicate ahead of time. We are currently staying in a longterm hotel suite while finalizing our move into a permanent home in Fairfax. The space is designed for extended stays, includes a kitchenette and separate sleeping areas, and has been made safe and comfortable for a toddler. This is a temporary situation, and we expect to move into our home soon.
We’re just looking for someone kind, reliable, and hands on who enjoys working with toddlers. Autism experience is a plus, but not required. patience and a good attitude matter most to us.
