We have 3 boys ages 7, 3, and 4 months. However, consistent childcare is only needed for the youngest because he is not able to start daycare yet.

Basic infant care is required. Very light tidying is needed as well (wash bottles & pick up after yourself to maintain a tidy environment)

My husband works overnight and I work dayshift so a sitter would be needed for early mornings to accommodate for the overlapping time that we are both at work.
