I am looking for care for my 87 year old mother who has moderate dementia and is becoming increasingly immobile.

She lives on her own with significant help from my brother and myself.

She is beginning to be unable to manage her ADL's.
I remind her daily to take her meds. She often fails to.
Her nutrition is inadequate unless my brother or I prepare a meal. She also has a email delivered (meals on wheels) Tuesday through Friday.

She has minor incontinence problems.
She has significant short term memory deficit.
She has no executive functioning skills.

She does not need assistance with toileting or showering. However she needs to be encouraged to shower and dress (not sit around in her pajamas).

As of today she still drives once or twice/ week to physical therapy. However we want to take her keys away in 2026.

To begin we are looking for 3 days / week for 3-4 hours / day.
