We need someone who understands English very well and follows directions. We have a baby napping a lot during the day and it’s been a problem with other cleaners who insist on vacuuming or cleaning areas near her that ends up waking her up. I’d like to find someone who is flexible and will do the cleaning we ask for. It may look different each time (e.g. sometime we may want you to focus upstairs or downstairs, wash windows, refrigerator, furniture, etc).
