Prepare healthy, whole-food simple meals for workweek

- $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

I am looking for someone to prepare budget-friendly, healthy (e.g., low fat, low sodium, high carb, high protein) meals for my workweek including lunches and dinners. I would not expect elaborate multi-course dishes; rather a single container for each of the 10 prepared meals.
Meals would be expected to be packaged in ~1000 calorie increments in reusable containers and include a good mix of in-expensive vegetables (e.g., roasted carrots, sweet potato, etc.) and lean meats (e.g., low-fat beef, chicken, turkey), and hearty carbs (e.g., rice, pasta, couscous, beans).
We could collaborate on recipes or you could provide a selection for me to choose from.
Meals would need to be delivered prepared to RiverNorth in Chicago and I could provide the washed, ready-to-use reusable containers each week.
If it worked out, would turn in to regularly-scheduled weekly service of 10 meals.
