My family is looking for someone to come once a week to prepare meals that will last us through the week. We will handle all grocery shopping in advance — you just need to cook the food. Ideally, we’d love someone familiar with West African and/or Caribbean dishes. We’re a small family (myself, my wife, and our toddler) and are looking for healthy, flavorful meals that reheat well. If possible, general “Sunday-style” light cleaning during the visit would be appreciated, but this is optional. Our top priority is reliable weekly meal support. No babysitting needed — this role is strictly for meal prep (and optional light cleaning).
