I have two cats - domestic short-hairs, about 8 years old, and super low-key, but not cuddly with strangers and a bit skittish. One of them needs medication 2x a day and is generally amenable to having it left in her food bowl or next to her and she eats it (as long as it is wrapped in a pill pocket). Other than that, they need litter box cleaning, water changes, and feeding. I am looking for an experienced cat-sitter (vet-tech, veterinary student, etc. a huge plus!) who is available at least 1x per week and then occasionally for vacations or nights out. I can be flexible on the regularly scheduled day of the week. It is important to me that we find someone that the cats become comfortable with and that is reliable and am comfortable with medication as well. I am looking for someone who is willing to be their regular sitter and an extended member of their family. Rates are negotiable.
