Our sweet old dog needs help with urinating (pushing on the sides of his bladder) and releasing his bowels (we use a q tip). His back legs are essentially useless so he falls down a lot. He needs help getting up when he falls. Otherwise he mostly sleeps during the day and loves pets and cuddles. If he goes to the bathroom on a schedule he usually does not have accidents in the house. He is the sweetest old man!
