We’re looking for a reliable, thoughtful caregiver who enjoys a blend of childcare and light household support. This role is ideal for someone comfortable in a family assistant / house manager-style position and who enjoys helping a household become more organized and consistent over time.

We have a 9-year-old son with autism and are seeking someone with prior special-needs experience (required or strongly preferred) who is patient, observant, and confident supporting routines and transitions. We also have a 4-year-old daughter who is neurotypical and may occasionally need care, supervision, or transportation to activities.

Our household is not overly structured at the moment, and we’re looking for the right person to help us create smoother routines and systems, especially around mornings and day-to-day flow.

We’re hoping to find someone who is looking for a longer-term role and wants to become a trusted partner in supporting our family and helping our household run more smoothly.
