Schedule
• Sundays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Mondays: 3:45 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tues–Thurs: 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM
• During school breaks & summer: Tues–Thurs extend to 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

I work from home and will be present, but I need someone who can manage her care independently during these times.

About My Daughter

She is a sweet, loving, non-verbal autistic 6-year-old who communicates through gestures, sounds, and behaviors. She thrives with consistency, gentle interactions, and a calm presence.

What I’m Looking For

A reliable, experienced nanny who genuinely understands and enjoys working with autistic children—someone patient, attentive, and emotionally steady.

Responsibilities
• Meet her school bus Mon–Thurs between 4:00–4:30 PM
• Provide warm, safety-focused supervision
• Light meal prep for her only
• Support her communication style (gestures, visual cues, prompts)
• Engage her in simple, sensory-friendly play
• Maintain a calm, structured routine
• Comfort and redirect as needed
• Follow her established rhythms and daily needs
• Provide full-day care during school breaks and summer (Tues–Thurs only)
