We are seeking a reliable and compassionate overnight caregiver to support my mom, who is quadriplegic following a spinal cord injury. She is at home and requires assistance primarily with repositioning throughout the night to maintain comfort and prevent pressure sores. She uses a Hoyer lift, and we can provide training if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Reposition/turn every 2 hours throughout the night (Hoyer lift available for support)
Provide attentive overnight monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
Offer calm and supportive presence if she is awake or needs assistance
Maintain a respectful and dignified approach to care

Schedule:
Overnight shifts (approximately 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM; timing flexible)
Open to establishing a consistent schedule or rotating nights

Qualifications:
Prior caregiving, CNA, home health aide, or relevant experience preferred
Comfortable operating or learning to operate a Hoyer lift
