I’m looking for a dependable, experienced nanny to care for my son 3-4 days a week starting in 01/2026. Weekends.
My son has sensory sensitivities & a mild speech delay. He attends OT/speech therapy 2x/week. He is not fully potty trained yet. He will urinate in the toilet when prompted & he recognizes immediately and lets you know #2. He needs patience/support while he continues learning.
He has a big personality—high energy, emotional, impulsive, and strong-willed. He may challenge you at first, especially as he adjusts to someone new. He thrives when offered choices & is gently guided. He’s smart & capable but he does require extra support & understanding at times.
I’m looking for someone who has experience with special needs, sensory challenges, or similar behaviors.
Reliability & communication are extremely important. I will make sure you’re well supported. I also need someone who is comfortable around pets & has no allergies.
