Baby Sitters Guild, Manhattan's trusted childcare agency since 1940, is hiring experienced caregivers for flexible assignments throughout the city.
The Work:
Provide professional babysitting services in private homes, and event settings. Assignments and times vary—some are one-time bookings, others are regular clients. You are always paid a 4 hour minimum, average assignments are anywhere between 4-8 hours. You control your schedule and availability, but you must be reliable. You’ll play with them, prepare snacks, and ensure a safe environment. The job starts on December 19, 2025, general schedules are 4 hours minimum, daytimes and/or evenings and weekends 2 - 3 times per week, must include weekends during the month of December and one weekend day generally.
