Hi! I’m looking for an experienced, reliable housekeeper for my 450 sq ft alcove studio apartment in NYC. I’m open to bi-weekly or monthly cleanings and hoping to build a consistent, long-term working relationship.

About the space:
-450 sq ft alcove studio
-1 bathroom
- Small kitchen
- No kids
- One small, hypoallergenic dog

Regular cleaning includes:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting surfaces and baseboards
- Cleaning kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and inside/outside microwave
- Bathroom cleaning (toilet, sink, mirror, shower/tub)
- Taking out trash
- Light surface tidying

Occasional add-ons (as needed):
-Inside refrigerator
-Extra bathroom detailing
-Supplies & expectations:
- I provide a vacuum, mop, broom, and basic cleaning supplies

Looking for someone who works efficiently and carefully and respects personal belongings

Regular visits should take approximately 2–2.5 hours

I do not need inside cabinets or drawers cleaned.

Rate: $30–45/hour, depending on experience
