Morningside Heights (near 110th and Broadway)

Responsibilities: (1) clean, maintain, and organize apartment, including laundry; (2) plan meals for week, shop or order groceries, and cook healthy meals for family of 5; and (3) other household tasks, including walking the dog (1x/day) and errands.

Looking for warm, friendly person with significant experience in similar role; must be dedicated, conscientious, and have high standards and attention to detail. This is not a childcare position, but the family includes 3 kids, and the right candidate must be good with kids. Hourly rate depends on level of experience.

Typical schedule:
2-4pm: laundry, unload dishwasher, clean kitchen, make beds, tidy apartment;
4-5:30pm: make dinner from scratch (must be good cook capable of following recipes, e.g. from NY Times Cooking) and clean up;
5:30pm-6pm: walk dog.
