Hi! We’re a family in Encinitas looking for a part-time mother’s helper to join us and help with our two kids (age 2 and almost 4).

This is more of a mom helper role than a traditional nanny position — I’ll be home most of the time, and we’ll often be working as a team. The main goal is having an extra set of hands to help keep the kids happily engaged so I can get some house work done, and so our days run a little smoother.
