We are looking for an experienced and compassionate caregiver (preferably with nursing or hospice background) to help care for my father, who has advanced prostate cancer. His condition is evolving, and we are seeking support to help monitor his comfort and safety, manage medications, and assist with mobility and personal care.

Responsibilities may include:

Monitoring his overall condition and reporting any changes in symptoms or comfort level

Administering or assisting with medication as directed

Providing support with mobility, including getting in and out of bed or chairs, and transferring to the restroom

Assisting with toileting, hygiene, and personal care as needed

Offering companionship and emotional support

Being present to ensure his safety and well-being, especially when family members need a short break or respite

Ideal qualifications:

Licensed nurse (LPN/RN) or experienced caregiver with prior hospice, palliative, or oncology care background

Familiarity with pain management and end-of-life comfort care
Kind, patient, and attentive demeanor

Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with family members and medical providers
