Adult with special needs

My brother is 40 years old with autism and schizophrenia. He is very sweel and calm, well medicated without outbursts and never aggressive. He is able to do all his ADLs on his own with reminders to eat, shower, etc. We don't leave him alone though, needs fleeing monitoring and companionship.
