My ADHD kid needs close supervision while I am at work. He is currently in a PHP. He'll get off around 2:30 and be home around 3:30-4. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and the occasional weekend. He has piano lessons on Mondays at 3:30 that he usually misses because traffic is bad coming back. Hospital provides transportation.

Just need someone to model good behavior and keep a close watch on him until I can get home after 8pm. Feed him dinner, get his nighttime routine going, make sure he's brushing his teeth/etc properly, make sure he's cleaning up after himself, etc. Any kind of art or craft you can do with him is great. Taking him to the park or the library would be great too. He can not be alone anywhere except for his room and the bathroom at the moment due to the risk of self-harm. He takes medicine at night that you may have to administer, but I highly doubt that I will ever be home late enough for that to be necessary.

We'll be using CCAP/Illinois Action for Children to pay for your services. We're already approved, just need to pick a provider. If you would be willing to start ASAP, they would give you back-pay for the 2 weeks it takes for you to be approved. I know it's a big ask, but it would be extrememly helpful to us.
