Hello! I am looking for a kind, patient, and attentive sitter to support my 9 year-old autistic son. He’s curious, full of personality and benefits from a structured and calm presence. I work full-time from home and need light support Tuesday and Thursday, from around 10 AM to 1 PM to help create a positive, manageable flow to our days.

Responsibilities include:
-Gentle engagement through play, simple activities, or calming routines
-Light supervision to allow me uninterrupted work periods
-Occasional redirection when behavior is challenging
-Focused, compassionate care
-Light lunch prep, if needed

Ideal match:
-Has experience with neurodivergent children (but open to those who are eager to learn)
-Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and knows how to redirect with care
-Able to communicate clearly and follow cues on what works best for my son's unique needs
-Responsible with reliable transportation

I’m hoping to build consistency with someone who truly enjoys working with kids and understands that growth isn’t always linear, but every moment matters. Rate and hours are negotiable based on experience.
