For my annual holiday party in my home (in Greenwich Village, Manhattan), I need to 2 people to help me with the following:

1. Set up food platters
2. Run errands such as picking up ice, purchasing more cups/utensils, etc, as needed
3. Follow recipes to refill holiday cocktail dispenser, keep chafing pans warm, and refill any other food platters
4. Help guests with refilling drinks as needed
5. Circulate apartment multiple times to collect trash, clean up messes, etc
6. Deposit trash/recycling in trash room
7. Layout serving ware as guests bring in food
8. Do as much cleanup before leaving as party ends
