We need a detail-oriented and reliable individual for a deep clean and organizational overhaul of our larger-than-average 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Please note: The apartment is currently exceptionally messy due to accumulated craft projects and children's toys left throughout the common areas. This initial visit offers potential for regular weekly service.

Initial Visit Scope (Estimated 6-8 Hours):
Focus is on comprehensive deep cleaning and significant organization:

Deep Cleaning Tasks:
Kitchen: Countertops, sink, exterior appliances, floors.

Bathrooms (x2): Showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.

Flooring: Sweeping/vacuuming and mopping all hardwood floors.

Organization & Tidying Focus:
A key part of the job is managing this clutter. This requires comfort with significant decluttering to restore order. Tasks include:

Sorting/putting away craft items and children's toys left on floors, tables, and furniture.

Organizing materials logically.

What We Are Looking For:
Attention to Detail: Commitment to leaving the apartment clean and organized.

Fluency in English: Required for clear communication.

Experience with Organizational Tasks: Essential for success in managing clutter.

Schedule & Opportunity:
First Visit: Expected to take 6 to 8 hours. Please note: We (the owners) and possibly our 3-year-old child will likely be present during this first visit. Please confirm your hourly rate and availability.

Long-Term Potential: Successful first visit leads to a regular weekly cleaning and tidying appointment.

Bonus Consideration (Child Care):
Prior experience with childcare (babysitting) is a significant plus. We currently have a 3-year-old and are expecting another baby. Potential for separate, occasional babysitting opportunities.
