Looking for regular weekly apartment cleaning and/or meal prep (UES)

Hi, we have a ~1300 sq ft three bed/two bath apartment on the UES of Manhattan. We are looking for a regular cleaner to:
* Dust accessible surfaces
* General tidying
* Mop floors/vacuum rugs (including moving light furniture)
* Change bed sheets (no laundry)
* Wipe down exteriors of kitchen cabinets/appliances/counters and clean sink
* Clean microwave
* Wipe down baseboards (spot weekly, detailed monthly)
* Wipe door handles and switch plates/outlet covers
* Empty trash/recycle
* Clean/disinfect toilets
* Scrub showers
* Clean mirrors
* Vacuum furniture (on a monthly rotation)
The ideal candidate would also be able to help prep several family meals that can be reheated throughout the week. Experience cooking Brazilian cuisine preferred but not required.
