Looking for Afternoon Care for our creative and fun 9 year old daughter

Hello!
We are a Bucktown family looking for afternoon care help with our 9 year old daughter. She currently attends school in Northcenter and dismissal is at 2:15pm. We need someone with a car who can help with pick up M-F and driving to OT, speech therapy, and activities after school. Car is required. $25 per hour. Hours would be 2:15-6:30pm.
She is a creative, fun-loving, happy little girl with Autism & ADHD.
