I’m looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver to support my 5-year-old son, Ermias, who has Level 2 Autism, during occasional evenings. Ermias is fully potty trained and attends ABA therapy five times a week and speech therapy once a week.

I need someone to provide short-term care so I can take care of tasks like grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning. I’m looking for someone patient, attentive, and comfortable engaging with a child on the autism spectrum, following routines, and providing a calm, supportive environment.

Experience with children who have autism or familiarity with ABA strategies is a plus, but the most important thing is someone caring, reliable, and who enjoys spending time with children.

Evenings are flexible, and the schedule will be occasional, based on my needs and Ermias’ routine.
