Drive and Engage a Preschooler on Weekday Evenings

Looking for a reliable sitter to pick my 3 year old daughter up from daycare at 4:30 and bring her back to my home until I’m off work. My schedule changes every week so it would be Monday thru Friday one week then the next week it would only be Thursday and Friday and it would be helpful to be available on weekends but no big deal if not. Also at the moment she is still in diapers but soon she will be potty trained.
