During this time the sitter would supervise dinner (which will already be made and just needs to be served), and getting the kids showered and dressed for bed. Kids are all old enough to shower and dress themselves alone so sitter would only need to keep things running on schedule. Schedule would be 1-2x per week on Mondays and every other Friday.
