Seeking someone with newborn and toddler experience who is calm, supportive, and confident with boundaries. Role includes attentive care, supporting routines and toddler independence, learning through play (no screens), and light child-related housekeeping (tidying play areas, children’s dishes/laundry, simple meals/snacks). Open communication is important.
