We have a casita in our backyard and are looking for someone who would want to rent from us for half of what we would normally charge in exchange for about 15 hours a week of nannying. I would need you to watch my daughter from 9-12:30 Monday-Thursday. The rent would be $750 a month including utilities- happy to send pictures of the place. We are located off McDowell and 7th Ave. My daughter will be 21 months in January. She is very happy and active. Your normal day would look like giving her breakfast some days, playing for a couple of hours (including outside time) or going to the Children’s museum or library, feeding her lunch, and making sure she has a clean diaper.
