A kind family in Walnut Creek with two working parents is looking for a true professional nanny to help with their 4-month-old baby. The role will begin February 2026. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7am-6:30pm and Fridays 7am-4pm. The parents work on-site Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. The first two weeks will be part-time as the parents transition back to work after parental leave. They hope to have a positive, collaborative long-term arrangement with a nanny and believe people bring their best to work when they are treated with respect. Hourly pay $40+ plus applicable overtime with standard benefits including sick days, PTO, and holidays.
