Castro Valley family seeks a part-time Mother’s Helper for 3 & 5 year olds. This is a long-term role with an immediate start, providing care Monday-Thursday from 3pm-6:30pm. The ideal candidate will be playful, proactive, & comfortable managing food allergies in the home. Both children may need a little time to warm up, so a gentle and patient approach is appreciated.

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-6:30pm
- Rate: $35/hr

Responsibilities
-Engage w/ children
-Assist w/ potty training
-Prepare light snacks & meals
-Light housekeeping related to children
-Occasional driving (family vehicle & car seats provided)

Requirements
-2 years of paid professional childcare experience
-CPR certified/willing to become certified
-Legally authorized to work in U.S.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
-Able to provide 2 professional childcare references
-Ability to pass a background & social media screening
