We are three families, each with one child (currently 1 month, 3 months, 4 months old), living in the same condo complex in Emeryville, seeking a nanny share arrangement beginning 3/1/26. Care will involve two children at a time (which we have organized!)

This is a Monday-Friday, full-time position for a warm, dependable, and experienced caregiver who enjoys working with very young children in a collaborative family setting. Responsibilities include attentive childcare, age-appropriate activities, simple meals/snacks, and light child-related tidying. We would also love to have someone with early childhood development experience. Competitive pay and a long-term arrangement are offered.
