Seeking a nurturing, patient, and experienced nanny for our 4-month-old. Position begins with short introductory sessions twice per week and gradually builds to longer hours and a third day by February.
Responsibilities:
• Follow established feeding, nap, and play routines
• Support a gentle, gradual introduction to build comfort
• Track naps, diapers, and feedings
Schedule:
• December: Start with 30–45 minutes and increase to 2–3 hour sessions, twice per week
• January: 4–6 hour sessions, twice per week
• February: 8–12 hour shifts as needed, including possible early mornings and occasional overtime
Requirements: Infant experience, ability to follow routines, and schedule flexibility.
