We are a young family with demanding jobs looking for a full-time nanny for our energetic 3-year-old boy. We are a no-screen household and need someone active, reliable, and fully engaged. Long-term commitment is extremely important—our son forms strong bonds and we don’t want someone who leaves after a few months. Duties include structured learning, outdoor play, sensory activities, arts and crafts, simple meals, and keeping routines consistent. Schedule is 4–5 days a week, 9–12 hour shifts. Occasional weekend availability required. Pay to be discussed during interview process.
