We’re a family of four with three dogs and a cat. Our son is 2 and our daughter is 3 months old. I am looking for remote work and my husband works from home 2 days a week. We’re trying to figure out a good balance between work and family time.
We took my son out of daycare but he had time outside, circle time, reading, and art. I’d like him to continue learning and developing the appropriate skills for his age. My daughter pretty much eats, sleeps, and poops at this point in her life. They’d both need to be fed, diaper changing and just normal tasks for taking care of a toddler and a 2 year old along with helping both of them reach their milestones.
We were thinking something along the lines of Monday through Friday for 4-5 hours in the morning, before nap time.
