Must-Haves:
-3+ years experience working with toddlers
-2+ toddler parent references
-Willing to complete a background check
-Reliable transportation
-Non-smoker
-Comfortable with pets (1 dog)
-No screen time
-Fully vaccinated (COVID and Flu in 2024-2025, TDAP in the last 5 years, up to date on MMR)
-Open to wearing a mask at work when sick

Responsibilities Include:
-Supporting developmental milestones through play, movement, reading, and age-appropriate activities
-Committed to a screen-free approach while caring for baby (we value hands-on interaction and connection)
-Light housekeeping (tidying toys, folding laundry, baby dishes, meal prep, etc.)
