My husband and I are looking for a first time nanny for our 2-year-old. I will be in a management role and my schedule wont be a fixed one, it can vary and change based on the business needs and seasons. My husband travels for work at this time so schedules will be based on my own and the nannies schedule unless my husband is home and in town from working. I am willing to work with your schedule and discuss which needs of time will be best for us both to make things work smoothly and comfortably for all.
