We are looking for a full-time nanny from 8am - 4pm, Monday-Friday. Our 2 boys are ages 7 years and 9 years. They are both neurodivergent so we are looking for someone who is neurodivergent-affirming. The boys are energetic so we need someone who can keep them moving and engaged! The boys are home-schooled in a nontraditional approach. We adhere to gentle parenting principles. My wife’s parents live with us. Her mom works full time, and her dad does a good bit of work from home but is available to help with the boys. We have cameras inside and outside the house. We have a small (14 lb.)
