We’re looking for someone who’ll be a positive & safe influence on our little girl. We have a general schedule that we like to stick to for meals, snacks, & nap time. We’re also a minimal screen household for our littles. We want someone who wants to genuinely guide our daughter, prioritize her safety, encourage her to learn & be independent, & authentically connects to our family values & parenting style.

Her dad & I are divorced but he only lives 1.5 miles away. There may be days where our daughter needs to be picked up from his house but to make things easy, she’s typically cared for in my home.
