We’re a warm, respectful family looking for a nanny we can truly partner with. We value open communication and consistency. We are both professionals that work from home but are mindful of maintaining clear boundaries and allowing our nanny autonomy during the day. Looking for someone reliable, nurturing, and experienced with infants who can follow a consistent routine for naps, feeding, and daily activities; support age-appropriate developmental milestones (tummy time, sensory play, early communication, etc.); and handle light household tasks (bottle prep, baby laundry, light tidying). Ideal candidate has daycare or nanny experience with education or certifications in childcare. Must be CPR and First Aid certified, vaccinated, able to provide references, and take a background check. We are excited to find the right person to become a trusted part of our family!
