The ideal candidate: -has lots of experience with both toddlers and infants -lives close to Newton -has a flexible schedule -is open to shifting hours if needed -likes doing outdoor activities year round -can help with meal prep, cleaning, laundry -can do crafts, reading, music, games, phonics, active play (eg. obstacle courses) -can do tummy time, and sometimes held naps -can help do projects while kiddos are napping (eg. organizing, toy rotation, activity prep, etc.) -is looking for a long term position
