Part-Time Nanny with Light Housework needed in for Toddler in Germantown, MD

Hello! We’re a family in Germantown looking for a reliable, experienced, kind part-time (M/W/F 8am - 2pm) nanny to care for our 14-month-old son. Mom is a busy stay at home mom and part time student, dad works from home full time.
Duties:
--
- Playtime, reading, walks/playground visits
- Meal prep and snacks
- Tidying / organizing his bedroom
- Rotating, organizing toys/clothes
- Restocking wipes, diapers, etc
- His laundry / Light cleaning of his spaces
- Emptying trash/diaper pail
Mom will occasionally take him out to activities while you are focused on the above.
Must be experienced with toddlers. Current CPR/First Aid. Reliable transport. Proactive. Non-smoker. Current vaccinations.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
